Terri I. Rodriguez has been an active Realtor since 1984. She earned her Brokers license in 2001 as well as the GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute).

Terri was born and raised in Santa Fe. She can trace her roots back to early Spanish settlers. This gives her a very unique connection to this wonderful place we call Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico. "Santa Fe is my home town," she says. "I just love it - I love the people, I love the culture, the traditions, the food, the friends and family that make it even that much more special."

Terri treats her clients like family. She says, "Real estate can be such a confusing and scary experience for some. I like to make the entire process seems as easy as possible for my clients. I'm just thrilled when I can successfully maneuver over, around and through some of the ‘land mines' that pop up during a transaction, and with over 20 years of experience, I've gotten pretty good at it."

Much of Terri's business is repeat or referral from past clients. "I'm blessed that I have many satisfied past clients and customers who value and respect me and my hard work. Many of these clients have become close friends, and that's the real bonus!"

"In my personal and business life I am focused and consistent. This is the only job I've ever had. (Other than being a MOM) I think that because I love Santa Fe so much, and I love people, this has been a perfect fit. I began selling real estate as a means to support my family after a divorce. Throughout my entire career, my job as a Realtor® has been very important and exciting to me but my family has always been my number one focus. Thank goodness that I'm a great multi-tasker!"

On a personal note, Terri says, "When I'm not selling real estate, my husband and I love to travel. We love to take our grandchildren camping and fishing. I also enjoy hiking our beautiful mountains. My hobbies are crocheting, photography, water color, entertaining, traveling and cooking.

"My philosophy is, I believe that if you always put your clients' needs first, you will not only get paid for your work but you'll actually have fun doing it. You'll probably make a good friend too. Though this sounds trite, it's true: honesty is the best policy. Your reputation is your true calling card."
