Over the past few weeks, Santa Feans have endured extreme temperatures, both high and low. A lightning bolt struck an elm tree on the Plaza, scaring the bejeezus out of hundreds of vintage car lovers. Typical days of endless blue skies have been clouded by dreary overcast. It must be monsoon season in Santa Fe, when weather reaches its peak of indecision: a time of year when locals and visitors alike must perfect the art of entertaining themselves, despite scorching heat waves and chilly thunder storms.

Whether you are one for dancing in the rain or sipping dry martinis indoors, Santa Fe has much to offer this weekend -- come rain or shine. From musical theater and world-famous operas to art markets and baseball games, expect no drought in weekend fun.

Check out our calendar highlights and, as always, if you don't see your event listed, feel free to submit it.
