Done in the distinct "Great Books" style of education, the St. John's Summer Classics seminars combine learning and vacationing in such a way that Arthur Frommer, "...can't sufficiently convey my enthusiasm for them" adding, "they are among the finest summer vacations that you might ever enjoy."

Challenging, thought-provoking discourse on classics in diverse literary and philosophical topics. Explore the options presented by either the Annapolis or Santa Fe locations. People are drawn from all corners of the country to contribute to the intellectually invigorating seminars. Two faculty members lead each week-long seminar throughout June and July, which are capped at 18 registered individuals.

In addition to the seminars, individuals can take advantage of either historic vacation destination at their leisure.

Topics such as "Friendship and Love" and "Sight and Insight" highlight the 2013 list of curricula for the Summer Academy, which caters to individuals under the age of 18.
