Celebrity Chef & Author Sara Moulton and Five Local Chefs Host Santa Fe's
A who's-who chef lineup, with six-course wine dinner
As New Mexico's culinary epicenter, Santa Fe burgeons with talented chefs that tantalize and satisfy even the most discerning palate. While this culinary bounty draws foodies and hungry patrons to local restaurants, the dilemma often is deciding where to dine. On May 5, the Inn and Spa at Loretto puts this indecision to ease by hosting a culinary powerhouse wine dinner featuring celebrity chef and author Sara Moulton and five accomplished Santa Fe chefs all under one roof. Each chef will prepare one specialty course that will be expertly paired with varietals by Luminaria's Wine Director Natasha Aasgaarden. The event will conclude with a public book signing of Chef Moulton's new book Everyday Family Dinners, which features 200 exciting new simple recipes for home cooks looking to prepare a delicious yet affordable meal. The wine dinner event will begin at 6pm and costs $95 per person with advance reservations required.

Chef Moulton is on a multi-state press tour promoting her new cooking book Everyday Family Dinners.
