Nat will definitely be able to help you find exactly what you are looking for and provide you with an in-depth understanding of the area and the people.
Nat was born in Boston in 1947 and moved with his family to Pojoaque, 16 miles north of Santa Fe in 1948. After graduating from college Nat spent several years working overseas jobs including two seasons in Antarctica, and spent a brief period as an independent filmmaker. Wanting something less stressful and more predictable, he began his career in real estate in 1978.
In 1986 he married his wife Leslie, also a life-long Santa Fean. They have three children, Lauren, 21, Karen 19, & Sawyer 17.
Nat's love and understanding of the area, its history and various cultures, makes searching for properties seem more like a professional guided tour of the area than a real estate search. His love for the outdoors and all the diversity that the area provides is monumental.
Nat will definitely be able to help you find exactly what you are looking for and provide you with an in-depth understanding of the area and the people. WARNING: If you decide to work with Nat, be sure to bring along your sense of humor, as you will laugh a lot. Nat's philosophy on real estate is very simple: "You don't need to wear wrinkles on your forehead to buy or sell real estate!"
