In recognition of the 12th Anniversary of 9-11, associates from The Eldorado Hotel & Spa, along with its General Manager Norbert Relecker, will host an appreciation luncheon for more than 80 firefighters and members of the ESGR on Wednesday, September 11th in the hotel's Pavillion.

Relecker, who was appointed General Manager of the Eldorado Hotel & Spa in July 2012, was an executive assistant manager of a hotel in New York City during September 11, 2001, and has made it a point to recognize fire fighters and first responders every year since then. He implemented a similar program at the Chaminade Resort & Spa in Santa Cruz, CA., sister property to The Eldorado, and believes being a good neighbor and community leader means reaching out and appreciating those local heroes who dedicate their lives for other's safety.

Managers of the Eldorado Hotel & Spa will personally be serving the honored guests throughout the afternoon in 30 minute shifts. Guests will feast on chilled field greens salad, grilled chicken with lemon caper sauce, whipped Yukon potatoes, fresh seasonal vegetables and homemade rolls.
