The May 18 Show
This Sunday---in the first hour of the show---join show host, Sotheby’s International Realty Associate Broker Rey Post as he interviews a variety of local business leaders who offer commentary on a range of real estate related topics. Using a United Nations-inspired theme, Rey’s guests will speak to how they pursue friendly relations, while contributing to better living standards for those they serve.
Leading off the program is Dr. Miles Nelson whose company “A Nurse in The Family” offers trustworthy professional medical care, serving elderly, recuperating and disabled Santa Fe residents from their own homes.
In his weekly “Real Story” segment, Ron Blessey, Senior Mortgage Banker with Peoples Bank---an equal housing lender---will discuss the latest in mortgage news that impacts consumers who are pursuing a home loan, while employing business practices that speak to the show’s theme.
Ken Dettelbach, of Gateway Marketing LLC, offers real estate professionals with his latest thoughts on guerilla marketing techniques that also incorporate the principles of the show’s theme into home sales activities.
In a special interview segment, Rey will talk with Julia Furry, Co-Owner of Santa Fe’s own Furry’s Buick GMC, about how this well-regarded automobile dealership applies the show’s theme to its day-to-day interaction with home owners, buyers and sellers in northern New Mexico.
In the first hour's "Open House of the Week" segment, Sotheby’s International Realty broker Paige Maxwell offers information regarding the attributes of 6-A Piute, a gracious 3-bedroom home, featuring numerous high-end amenities and located on a 10-acre lot, but only 10 minutes from the Santa Fe Plaza.
In the second hour of the program, Rey will be joined by Ron Blessey of Peoples Bank, as they feature guests who will offer commentary under the show’s “Unique Destinations” series which highlights people, places and events important to our economy, culture and real estate market.
Guests include Mike Root, Co-Owner of the highly-regarded family and group event destination---Western Life Camp---located just outside of Las Vegas, New Mexico.
Former TV and movie actor and renowned writer and photographer Tim Considine will offer his observations on the 2014 Santa Fe Concorso rare and exotic car gathering that is being held September 26-28 at The Club at Las Campanas in Santa Fe. Considine, a motor racing enthusiast and participant, will serve as emcee for the local three-day car gathering which will feature some of the world’s most unique automobiles and motorcycles. “All Things Real Estate” will air a special two-hour remote broadcast on September 28 from the event featuring interviews with race car legends, event organizers, and senior personnel from The Club, as well as Santa Fe business leaders and celebrities.
During the second hour of the show, Ron Blessey will also offer mortgage-related commentary for consumers who have found that the Santa Fe region offers a “unique destination” for home ownership.
