This Sunday---in the first hour of the show---join show host, Sotheby’s International Realty Associate Broker Rey Post, and Tom Simon, Managing Member of Westgate Properties, LLC and their guests for a discussion of various home owner association, property management and other real estate issues that correspond to the start of spring.
In his weekly “Real Story” segment, Ron Blessey, Senior Mortgage Banker with Peoples Bank, an equal housing lender, will discuss critical mortgage related issues that are important to every home buyer seeking a loan during the active spring real estate market.
In a special interview segment, Gene Butler, President of The Firebird will offer commentary on how homeowners can best use irrigation systems to address the current drought situation in New Mexico. The Firebird is the source for fireplace, stove and irrigation services and products for consumers in northern New Mexico.
In the first hour's "Open House of the Week" segment, Sotheby’s International Realty broker Charles Weber offers information regarding the attributes of 1225 Vitalia Street, a lovely 4-bedroom and remodeled home located in the Casa Alegre section of Santa Fe.
In the second hour of the program, property management and homeowner association professionals Tom Simon and Bonnie Davis with Westgate Properties, LLC will discuss a variety of real estate related issues that impact home buyers, sellers and owners who reside in association managed communities.
***Special Note: Rey continues his guest hosting of the “Julia Goldberg Morning Show” started on March 17, featuring a number of local and nationally known business leaders, non-profit executives, real estate professionals and celebrities from the worlds of sports and the movie industry. On Friday, March 21, four actors and the director of the movie “50-to-1” will join Rey in the studio for a discussion of the true life story of Mine that Bird, the New Mexico race horse that won the 2009 Kentucky Derby in an improbable victory. The movie was filmed in various locations in New Mexico and has its global premiere in Santa Fe this week. The show Rey is guest hosting is Santa Fe’s most popular weekday radio program and airs each morning (8-10am Mountain Time) on KVSF 101.5-FM and also streams to a national audience on SantaFe.com.
